Apple turnover available in the lobby -- a nice treat. Robes in room made getting to the pool warmer! Great beds, comfortable and clean. Slept well
The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was updated and very clean. The property is right next to the Lucille Ball Memorial Park. It's right on the water and the views are beautiful.

I think the location and facilities are way better than average. We did not have a meal there, but I did order something after room service closed and they accommodated me nicely.
I love that our bartender/server Derrick remembered myself and my sisters from our visit the year before! He is so attentive, professional and friendly! He is representative of what you would expect in a luxury resort! This was our second visit to the Harbor Hotel, it did not disappoint! I believe it will be a yearly, Fall trip! I raved so much about our first trip, my daughter, her husband and my grandson celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary there in June! A neighbor is also looking into a stay there!

Room was very clean, nicely decorated and in good working order. Comfortable bed. Setting is pretty. Front desk staff and one bartender were super helpful. Food at restaurant was very fresh.

The rooms were clean and nice. The hotel was beautiful and had some cool history about the location. The lakeview and outside area were amazing. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Toni at the concierge was absolutely amazing! The town, while in need of some help, ended up being charming. We visited the Lucy Desi Museum and the comedy museum, both super cool! Went to quite a few restaurants and stores, and the locals were kind. We were told multiple times that summer is the time to go, but we are fall weather people and don't like huge crowds.

Beautiful facility, love the location on the lake and all the amenities. Outdoor area with fire pits, lots of seating and putting green all with views is spectacular. Nick helped us when we checked in, very friendly and happy, makes a difference. Little extras make a difference too such as apple cider and strudel in the lobby at check-in and coffee at end of every hall in the morning. Like that rooms have flooring that isnt carpeting. Comfortable beds and great stay. We hope to stay again. Thank you!

The extensive grounds on the shore of the lake have been brilliantly designed with several amenities and sitting areas to enjoy the location, including three large fire pits.
The hotel was behind exceptional! We were upgraded when the staff found out we were on our honeymoon. The amenities on site were great, the view from our suite was amazing. The surround area was abit lacking due to us being here off season. But we made the best of it and plan on returning!

The location was perfect.right in the water our room was facing the water and couldnt have been more beautiful.
i liked everything about this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful. When my husband got very ill i had the front desk call 911 and they were right on it and very comforting to me. we were 6 hours away from home and the staff counld not have been more helpful and supportive to me and my husband.
Food was amazing. Beds were super comfy and the bathroom was awesome.
